General bio:

Laid back with an overdeveloped sense of fun, Cupcake is a cheerful, friendly young mare. She is more introverted than her parents, and believes you should only have a small group of close friends. Parties, with loud noises, actually make her incredibly uncomfortable. She is a romantic at heart, often flirting with anyone, regardless of gender or species. She enjoys pranking her friends, or flustering them.

Despite this, Cupcake is no idiot. She has her mom Pinkie's memory and is very meticulousness, to the point where Mayor Mare asked her if she wanted to be the new Mayor of Ponyville. Excited at the thought of helping ponies, she agreed. She is currently in training, but has held onto her upbeat and laid back nature without a problem. 

Relationships:

Pinkie is the one who taught Cupcake how to bake, and the two are very close. The two often go out at night, with Pinkie teaching her how to Parkour. The two engage in pranks with or even against each other. If it's against, Pinkie always wins, but Cupcake is determined to get her one day.

Cupcake is a total daddy's girl, and loves her fathers dad jokes- which is true family love right there. 

Soaring Sky, a member of the Royal Guard, once challenged Cupcake to a duel to improve her own skills, only for Cupcake to wipe the floor with her. Since then, Soaring comes in a lot, demanding a lot of rematches, which Cupcake is always happy to give. She always wins, and enjoys flustering her friend. The two are actually very close, and Cupcake cried when her friend left, sending her confectionery's while in training. Cupcake sometimes flirts with her, but Soar can't tell if she's serious of not

Cupcake is very close to her little sister Cotton Candy, and is very protective of her, much to Cotton's frustration. It's not usual to see her giving her little sister a piggyback ride. Cotton wants to learn Parkour, but Cupcake refuses. Despite the fact that Cupcake is a horrible dancer, Cotton is an amaing one, and the two will often shamelessly dance in the middle of the street together.

Facts/Quirks:

- She knows parkour, like her mom, and uses it to get places quick

- She has a version of Pinkie/Cheese Sense, where she can sense if somepony she knows is sad

- She is bad at making non confectionery goods

- When stressed, her mane deflates slightly

- She is a very good fighter- specifically Aikido, Kung fu and Capoeirista- her mom worried about her enemies taking her hostage so she took them up

- She can't sing or dance for anything

- She knits in her spare time

I know, you probably don't want her to be mare, but I didn't want to just say baking, and I rewatched the episode  The one where Pinkie Pie Knows and Pinkie was helping the Mayor out, and I thought this would be fun to put in. You can ignore that part if you want.
